Refund Policy

No refunds, no exchanges

All ticket and booth-deposit sales through Sunday Society are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or partial credits for any reason, including:

• Changed plans or no-show.
• Denial of entry by venue security (intoxication, ID, dress code, or any other reason within the venue's authority).
• Ejection from the venue after entry.
• Travel disruptions, weather, illness, or scheduling conflicts.
• Dissatisfaction with the music, the crowd, the venue, the lineup, or any other aspect of the experience.

If we cancel or materially change an event

If Sunday Society cancels, postpones, or materially alters an event, we will offer ticket holders a credit toward a future event where reasonably possible. Cash refunds are not issued.

Where local law forces a refund or compensation, we will satisfy that obligation with a credit toward a future event, capped at the original purchase price.

Force majeure

If an event is cancelled or altered due to force majeure (weather, public-health orders, venue closure, licence cancellation, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control), no refund or credit is owed unless required by law.

Invalid tickets at the door

If your ticket QR fails to scan at the door through no fault of yours (a system error on our side), we will issue you entry or a replacement on the spot. If we cannot, you may request a credit toward a future event. This is the only scenario in which compensation may be owed.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer revokes the associated ticket. The QR is invalidated. We dispute fraudulent chargebacks with the records we retain.

Stripe's role

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe applies its own dispute process under card-network rules; our policies do not override those rights, but they govern what we will voluntarily offer.
